Carbohydrate Festival!

Well, I think I am finally out from the FOG that the Thanksgiving feast put me under! I can't blame it on the tryptophan from the turkey, as I am not a meat eater...so I am blaming it on the carbs! My sister, Marna, made and amazing meal and she graciously made me stuffing without all the meat products! God Bless you Marns! I had a great weekend with my niece, she stayed with me all weekend and we had so much fun! Amen to the children! Such a fresh, clear and honest perspective!
