ETHICS, HONESTY, INTEGRITY, KINDNESS....

I have not been in a place to share much lately, but feel very compelled to write a note today.

ETHICS, HONESTY, INTEGRITY, LIKE-MINDED, KINDNESS
These are the reasons why you have not seen me for so long. These are the things I work for and motivate me in my personal life and professional life. Yes, it takes work and can be a daunting learning experience at times, but I know it is worth the work. All around. Look at what's going on out there? Why do you think things are imploding on themselves? These simple practices are often over-looked, or not thought highly of, in fact, the opposite is more acceptable in the world we live in today. If I can do the work up front, meaning practice honesty, integrity and kindness to my self and others, why not? Listening to my heart and ultimately my gut is the tell-tale sign. You know when something is just not right, when all the facts are not given to you. Stay true to yourselves and listen to that. No one is perfect, it is 'Practice, not Perfection'. Life is so much clearer and worth while when you are striving to be the best you can be.

Everything matters. Who you surround yourself with and how you feel when you wake up and at the end of the day when you put your head to rest. It's quality, not quantity.
